Manny Pérez founded OSÉ Construction after more than 8 years in the trades, with a simple goal: run every job the way he always believed it should be run. That means clear scopes, honest timelines, and finished work clients can count on for decades.
Manny grew up in Eastern Washington, the son of parents who immigrated to the United States from Guanajuato, Mexico. Their example and his Latino heritage shaped how he works, and he brings that family pride to every job site.
He has called Seattle home for the past 8 years. Today, OSÉ is a Latino-owned general contractor taking on small and mid-size residential and commercial projects in Ballard, Fremont, Queen Anne, and across Seattle.
